Michelle Brand
Manchester based eco-designer Michelle Brand has recycled plastic bottles to create screens and room dividers.
These pieces are cut out from the bottom of bottles and attached to each other using plastic tags giving the appearance of a cascading waterfall.

Containment Brief
This brief is about one word "containment" and the colour palette is simply white. I've been thinking about this one word and I've come up with this simple explanantion. Anything that can be controlled within boundaries is contained and those boundaries are the containment or container. This definition leaves my research open because basically anything can be characterised as a container. I've never worked with such a limited colour palette and I've rarely used white in my work, so this is going to be interesting.
